Product Description

Kris Ancheta, better known to his fans as Krystiles, is a product of Hawaii's Third
Road Homestead in Nanakuli.

Kris never met his father and was raised by his grandmother and two uncles. Being of
mixed race, plagued by struggles and hardships, Kris grew up feeling somewhat of an outsider
in a predominantly Hawaiian surrounding. Growing up in poverty forced a young Kris to
hustle and steal to get by.

Music has always been an important outlet for him. He was introduced to rap music in
the 5th grade and was immediately hooked. He soon made progress as an artist at age 14
when he was introduced to someone who would turn out to be a band-mate. Shortly afterwards
the Free Floers was born, consisting of Krystiles, Feral, Merch and Duke.

Although the group is no longer active, Krystiles continues to make waves on the local rap
scene with hit singles like "Take It Off" featured on the Tiki compilation CD "Evolution." Known
for his amped-up stage performances, clever flows & raw energy, Krystiles proves that he's not
trying to leave Hawaii, but lead Hawaii.

Under the Tiki Entertainment umbrella, Stiles has emerged as a potent leader in Hawaii's all-out
assault on hip-hop. "The Greatest HI" with Krystiles featuring the Free Floers will be released
in stores Statewide.
