The Best of Butch Helemano and The Players of Instruments back in September of 2003.

Included in Reggae Hits Vol. 2, are collections of some of Butch Helemano’s most popular
Reggae songs. Known as the “Godfather of Reggae” in Hawaii, many of today’s younger groups,
credit him with being their inspiration.

This collection of music is only a sample of his best works. Since recording his first 45rpm single
in Berkley California in 1977 Butch Helemano has generated a faithful fan-base of devoted listeners.
His music is popular in South America and especially here in the Pacific. This second collection,
a 2-disc set, represents a lifetime of musical achievement.  New fans will hopefully appreciate
the works of a true Reggae master.
