with recording artist, Darrell Labrado, and his new hit single “I Want

In 2001, Darrell Labrado released “Master Blaster (Jammin).” This

Magazine’s Single Dance Charts and Hot 100 Single Sales Charts. Momentum
continued into
2002, as Darrell was reviewed twice in the January 2002 issue of Billboard
Magazine - Chuck Taylor’s
“New and Noteworthy” and Michael Paoletta’s (Editorial Director)
“Beatbox” - both reported
the promise of this young recording artist.
On May 20, 2003, Darrell Labrado is poised to do it all over again. “I
Want My Island Girl”
is an energetic, catchy, upbeat island contemporary dance song about the
beautiful women
of Hawaii. Featuring the talents of rappers Kevin Perry (of Oahu’s
Crosspointe) and Bufo
(of Sudden Rush & Kekai Boyz), Darrell Labrado’s “I Want My
Island Girl” is an immediate
entry to playlists of island contemporary radio stations across the State
and destined to be a hit.
Darrell will once again bring excitement to his fans, some 20,000 plus (mostly
girls between
the ages of 16 & 26), with his desire and ability to succeed.
